In our fully air-conditioned SMD (Surface Mounted Devices) production, we process components from 0.4 mm x 0.2 mm (01005) to 56 mm x 56 mm, with a maximum board size of 430 mm x 420 mm. We carry out fast set-up changes with software support. This high level of responsiveness, the experience gained from the production of many thousands of assemblies and from daily product ramp-ups – they are our basis for short throughput times and top quality. Brückmann Elektronik is available to you with the same performance standards in rework. For example, we support you with full know-how when it comes to changing BGAs or QFNs on our high-end station.

In addition to production with the most modern production lines, we offer you the possibility to assemble individual components by hand.

In our THT production we assemble components on semi-automatic machines. As with SMD production, the processes here can be leaded or in accordance with RoHs guidelines. We also solder via wave, selectively or by hand. Lead-free or according to your specifications also lead-free according to RoHS. After soldering, all printed circuit boards are also subjected to an optical inspection.
