Liability for content

As a service provider, according to § 7 para.1 TMG we are responsible for own content on these pages according to the general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor thirdparty information that has been transferred or saved, or to research this for indications of illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability regarding this is only possible from the time point of knowledge of a specific legal infringement. Where knowledge of corresponding legal infringement exists we shall remove this content without delay.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, over the content of which we exert no influence. Consequently, we can assume no liability for this third-party content.
