Press-fit technology is used primarily in high-frequency and high-current technology, in the assembly of connectors, for example, or in the manufacture of backplanes. The printed circuit board is not subjected to thermal stress during press-fitting, press-fit technology enables gas-tight connections to be made – and it requires neither screws, rivets nor soldering. At Brückmann Elektronik, we achieve special robustness and reliability through press-fit technology using a hydro-pneumatic press-fit system of the highest equipment level. This special solderless connection technology is used, among other things, for plug connections, contacts and threaded bolts.
