Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Divison Manager Development in Vollzeit.
Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört u. a.:
- Coordination of hardware and software developments, supervision of own developments up to series production readiness and monitoring of development projects
- Strategic market observation and future-oriented alignment of the area of responsibility
- EMC-compliant circuit board design (Altium Designer)
- Firmware creation for µControllers of different manufacturers and creation of test concepts for assemblies
- Creation of functional specifications on the basis of customer specifications
- Participation in optimization and material selection
- Personnel management and planning as well as the organization of the area of responsibility
- Carrying out employee interviews as well as the creation of job descriptionsSupervision of students in the area of responsibility
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering / electronics
- Working with the program Altium-Designer
- Dealing with development environments for µController programming
- Advanced knowledge of the programming language C
