Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
Deputy Team Leader for Conventional Visual Inspection in Vollzeit.
Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört u. a.:
- Coordination of the timely processing as well as the control of the work quality of production orders
- Personnel management and planning as well as the organization of the subordinate area
- Preparation of work/holiday and shift planning
- Determination and implementation of training needs as well as the execution of employee trainings
- Creation and updating of technical documentation as well as maintenance of process and work instructions
- Checking printed circuit boards / assemblies according to criteria and eliminating defects if necessary
- Reassembly, manual reassembly of components and strips, among others
- Manual assembly / light table assembly
- Interfaces Communication of upstream and downstream processes
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- Several years of experience in the visual inspection of printed circuit boards and the manufacture of electronic assemblies
- Many years of practical experience in manual soldering of electrical components
- Very good knowledge of electronic components, their use and processing
- Routine in the use of word processing and spreadsheets
- Responsible, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Ability to work in a team, to lead employees, communication skills and a confident appearance
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
